We lost our staffy cross boy Jez in June. It was hard for us and our children to say goodbye but by using some of his ashes for some items we could keep it helped the children in particular. We all chose what we wanted and we received the pendants, charm and keyring yesterday. They are absolutely gorgeous and we’re all so pleased we have something to keep forever. I would highly recommend buying. The customer service is exceptional and respectful to the pet you’ve lost, keeping you informed of the progress along the way. THANK YOU!

This is a fabulous company. I ordered a photo crystal for my friend’s 70th birthday. She loves her dogs, this is such a special birthday and we've been friends since childhood so this seemed the perfect gift. It has just arrived (beautifully packaged) and is subtle, obviously of quality and I know she'll treasure it. Also, and this is so important when ordering from a company new to you, you can trust D for Dog to behave towards its customers with kindness, honesty and integrity. Because of my own daftness I ordered twice, what a fool! In a panic I got in touch, panic over, all sorted. I have never dealt with a company with better customer care.

I just can't praise highly enough the wonderful service from Jenny. I rang with a query on my order of a fleece blanket for a friend's puppy, and nothing was too much trouble. Sadly we had just kissed goodbye to our beautiful dog Bella and Jenny was full of genuine care and compassion, which made me feel so much better. I lost my beautiful Labrador a month ago, we had 14 amazing years together and he meant so much to me, I’m heartbroken. I knew I wanted to have memorial jewellery made with his ashes but found other jewellery not very nice looking then I came across this company and loved what I seen. It was hard to send some of his ashes away from me but I needn’t have worried because the service I got was exceptional, telling me when Jake arrived in they’re studio and when he was coming home. When I opened my parcel yesterday I was blown away by how beautiful it was, it will now be my most treasured piece of jewellery.

I have looked up your order and the item purchased and have spent some time trawling the internet as we certainly don't want to be more expensive than other sites. I have been unable to find this bed cheaper on another UK retail site and in fact most other sites were a lot more expensive.

I cannot be happier with the service of this company. After making a silly error with the sizing of my dogs medical suit, a lady phoned me within ten minutes of placing my order to rectify the problem. I ordered it about 2.30pm on a Tuesday and it was with me by 1pm the following day, excellent service all round.

Truly amazed placed my order yesterday at almost 3pm and I received it first thing this morning. I looked everywhere to find a tiny muzzle for my chihuahua, they were all too big. The vet even ordered one in for me and that just fell off being size 0. Found dfordog and got one immediately right size it’s fits perfectly. I’m so happy. Thank you so much.

Can not praise them highly enough ! Sooo helpful when i was ordering a bespoke cool coat for my chubby Bulldog and was panicking that it wouldn't fit ! They discussed my measurements with me and advised on previous similar orders until i was confident enough to place the order. I needn't have worried it fit's Alfie perfectly and his Dog Walker said it has made a huge difference to him in the heatwave we are having at the moment. It is really soft and lightweight and doesn't hinder him running and jumping at all. And as an added bonus it arrived 4 days earlier than i expected it ! Fantastic company, with fantastic staff and fabulous things at fabulous prices.

I purchased 3 different items for my puppy, the biggest purchase being a personalised wolfybed, which I am delighted with, and Tamu loves it as well. The colour fits perfectly with my colour scheme at home as well. The customer service from dfordog is exemplary, and I was kept fully informed via text, from the courier company, for when my order was to be delivered, even down to timings. I would certainly recommend dfordog, and this would be the first website I will check in the future for any other purchase for my fur baby. Excellent.

We're really pleased with the EzyDog coat, it fits perfectly over the harness and is easy to put on. One dry dog in the pouring rain today, well, apart from her head! Also very pleased with her new cradle dog bed which has become a favourite virtually immediately, it looks very comfortable and I'm impressed that I can wash it all by removing the bolster cushions. Most dog beds are impossible to keep clean in this way. Many thanks and three cheers for DforDog! You are very helpful, and it is a pleasure to buy from you.

Terrible customer service. Ordered on the 28th nothing from them for 2 days. I then enquired about my order and got a reply saying they would check, then nothing until Monday 3rd saying they think it was posted on Friday. On Monday I told them if it wasn't delivered today (Monday) to cancel order and issue a refund. Today I get an email saying it was definitely posted Friday.They didn't post the item until yesterday as it is postmarked 3rd, Not 30th Sept. Too much hassle sending it back, but I will not be dealing with these people again.

D for Dog: I am so sorry to hear you were not happy with your shopping experience. Your order was placed on Wednesday and I was informed that it was dispatched the next day, Thursday. I do apologise most sincerely if that was not the case and for any misinformation, which was certainly not intentional.
I ordered this item on Friday morning before I went to work it arrived first thing Saturday morning you cannot get better service than that. I hope to review the product in a weeks time to let others no how good or bad it was.

I ordered yesterday at 3 25pm a Medical Vest Medium plus and it arrived today. Cannot fault your prompt service and will definitely tell our doggy friends to use you in future. Our chocolate Labrador was spayed on Thursday and had her spleen removed also as when they opened her up found cancerous lumps. We came home with this unsightly lamp shade and she was really stressed out. Your medical vest is wonderful as unfortunately they have now told us that our labrador Flake has only short time to live possibly 4 months max and want her to have no extra worries and she does not mind wearing it. Max's fleece can today, a lot quicker than I expected, the quality of the fleece is exceptional and it fits perfectly, despite my incurate measurements at first and an e-mail query that saved the day when I was contacted by dfordog and I was able with the help of Jenny to get the correct size otherwise I would have been looking for an elephant !!!! I ordered the O'Tom Tick Twister late Thursday evening and it arrived today Saturday. So thank you for the prompt delivery. The tool is amazing to use, my terrier Millie had three ticks in her thick wiry coat, one tick being very small. Normally it would be a real chore to get them out cleanly, particularly the small ones. With the Tick Twister it took just a few seconds and each came off complete, leaving a small clean wound that could be treated with an antiseptic and with no distress to my dog. Absolutely brilliant tool which I will carry with me on all our walks from now on. Thank you.

I got this tag to replace the one that I got at Pets at Home. The colour started to come off after 4 weeks!. This tag is brilliant, very chunky and looks very good quality. The choice of colours and styles are great i got the light blue paw print. Size is good and you can fit on lots of info (not full address but house no. and post code as well as surname and mob. no.). Would give 10 out of 10 and recommend.

Stunningly quick service yet again, thank-you! Mollie looks great in her new collar, and is really comfortable in it. As usual with EzyDog the quality is really good, Mollie swims so it's great to have a collar unaffected by water, and the reflective strip is handy at night.
