PDSA Pet Hospital AppealPDSA runs 50 PetAid hospitals and branches across the UK and they are vital in the communities they serve, helping to treat thousands of sick and injured pets that would have nowhere else to go.
But now, due to huge demand, they urgently need to replace three PetAid hospitals that are stretched to the limit, becoming outdated and struggling to cope.
"Birmingham, Cardiff and Plymouth are three of the areas of the UK where the number of pets needing our help has soared by 30% in recent years, stretching our resources to the absolute limits."
"We want the whole of the community to get behind us to make a real difference for pets and their owners. Whether you’re a business, part of a community group or just want to get involved there’s a whole host of ways you can help."
Watch Ben Fogle explain why he supports the appeal
"To build our three new PetAid hospitals we need to reach our target of £6 million. We're a third of the way there, but desperately need your help so we can treat every pet that comes to us. Help us to reach our goal. We never want to be in a position where we have to turn a sick or injured pet away."
