K9 rated crystal is used, which is a high quality crystal guaranteed to be free from marks and air bubbles. It also allows a much finer laser point to engrave without causing cracking or bleeding, resulting in a much smoother finish and giving the finished piece astounding detail.

Each crystal photo comes in a lined box, protecting it from damage and providing a wonderful presentation to your gift, keepsake or memento.

Choosing your photo

Whatever photo you choose, we ask that it be in focus and of good quality. The entire photo will be used in the crystal unless the background is particularly fussy or distracting, in which case it will be removed so the focus is on the pet or person.

The orientation of the photo engraved glass block can be portrait or landscape or you can choose to have the orientation decided by the maker. Some images work best in portrait and others work better in landscape. Unless you specifically ask for a particular orientation, the designer will choose the one that is best for your photo.
