I had previously paid four times this amount for a very similar urn last year for another pet so was not sure that this one would live up to expectations. It arrived extremely promptly, had been very carefully packaged and was identical to my other one, just slightly smaller but sufficient for the ashes of my lovely staffie aged fourteen, weighing 21 lbs.
